2025 SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

 

 

Back in action for 2025! 

The NYC Chapter of the CFMA will be awarding up to two $3,000 scholarships to eligible high school or college students.

Eligibility:

  • Personal referral of an active CFMA member in good standing of the NYC Chapter (active participant with the chapter and up to date on dues)
  • Applicant must be a high school senior or current college student  
  • The scholarship can be for any accredited college or university (any major or course of study will be considered)

Application package must include the following:

  • Completed application (click here to download)
  • 300 word Essay from applicant including, but not limited to:·        
    • Intended career choice OR reflection on a personal experience, and why he/she/they should be the recipient of this award
  • High School Seniors: Acceptance letter from an accredited college or university that they will be attending along with his/her/their high school transcript 
  • Current college students:  Most recent college transcripts

**Note: Incomplete application packages will be disqualified

All applications will be reviewed by the Scholarship Committee of the NYC Chapter of CFMA.  Finalists will be selected for a virtual interview with the Selection Committee.  Awards will be made by July 2025.
